How Do I View My Historical Applications?
Click on your active or inactive vacancies.  For jobs with applications against them, click on the job and it will list the candidates.
Click on the candidate and the details will be listed.
Please note that historical candidates will have e-mailed their CV, future candidates’ CVs will be available from this page.

When I post a Job, who will receive an alert?
When posting a job, all previously registered  matching candidates will receive your job alerts AND any future registering matches will receive an alert while the job is still live.

How Do I Change My Logo In the Directory?
To upload or change your logo in the directory go to Portfolio > Preferences > Company Details > Browse to find your logo and upload.

How Do I Change My Company Information In the Directory?
To update your company description in the directory go to Portfolio > Preferences > Company Details.  Edit the information and don't forget to press save!

How Do I Add Additional Users To My Account?

What Happens If A Candidate Applies Without Adding a CV?
They will get an e-mail explaining that agencies and employers will need a CV to consider them and that it is in their interests to upload it.

Will my vacancies automatically refresh and use up credits?
You have a choice.  If you open up your vacancy through your portfolio at the bottom you will see a button for auto-renew or not. If you choose to auto renew it will refresh itself each month using up one credit. If you choose not to it will expire naturally after one month and be archived.

Can vacancies be copied?
Yes if you have a number of similar vacancies, perhaps several the same but in different regions, if you open up your vacancy through portfolio, at the bottom there is an option to copy which will bring up a new copy of the vacancy and allow you to edit any part of it before saving it as a new vacancy.

Have the changes to the website finished?
No not yet, but the issues that were the cause of the main disruptions have been rectified.  There are many improvements and developments planned for the website which couldn't be implemented before, but can be now.
