Healthcare sales jobs grow in popularity

Historically, the pharma industry has significantly out numbered those in healthcare sales jobs, and indeed to many in the pharmaceutical sector, Healthcare sales was the poor relation.  However, a few chickens are now home to roost, the pharmaceutical sector having expanded beyond it's means through fierce competition for market noise between competitor companies. 

Now the combination of a squeeze by the government on the NHS, and also many general economic downturns the pharmaceutical sector has been left scrambling to rationalise it's operations, with large losses for sales jobs.  Meanwhile, the Healthcare sales jobs market had remained relatively lean and stable, and now many redundant pharma sales people are turning to healthcare sales an as a stable alternative where they can utilise their skills and experience.
