Training jobs

The first step into training jobs is into field trainer role.  This is usually a role where you will have your own territory, but spend some time, perhaps a day per week training other less experienced members of the sales force.

For those looking to go into training jobs full time this will normally mean a head office role, which is restricting for many living away from the office in field roles.  Most training departments will have training roles at several levels involving training sales people o initial training courses right through to training senior management.
